Floreo

The development of local, resilient and sustainable food systems is one of many approaches which can address the problem of global food security and accessibility.

Floreo is a multi-use sheltered growing dome designed for urban community gardens, which can transform in response to the changeable Scottish weather and needs of the community, encouraging connections to nature and food growing throughout the year.

The folding canopies can be opened creating an indoor-outdoor space to be enjoyed by all within the community, becoming a hub for food growing, education and socialisation to inspire interest in sustainable food production.
