Limba

I found that there was nothing to help stroke victims go through exercises on their own, and having to wait for a carer to help them did not always work out, so exercises were missed. This slows down the recovery process. I designed Limba to help overcome this.

The solution is a small device, which sits under and attaches to a dining chair. A user can secure their foot to the device, and be taken through an exercise routine on an app. This routine is put onto the app by the users’ physiotherapist.

Limba allows a patient to go through approved exercises, add small amounts of resistance to them, and be confident that they are doing everything correctly, on their own.
