The Boeing Aerospace Innovation Centre partnered with me on this project in order to produce a working demonstrator for Factory+, a digital architecture which aims to simplify and standardise data processing within manufacturing organisations.

The demonstrator is designed for display at the AIC as well as for use in STEM fairs as a travelling exhibit.

The unique selling point of this demonstrator is that by linking data to a real physical process, the viewer has the best chance of understanding what is otherwise quite abstract. A scaled down depiction of carbon fibre prepreg manufacture outputs data which, along with other physical and graphic elements, is used to explain to the user the benefits and workings of Factory+.
