Yerba mate is a popular South American drink, similar to loose-leaf tea, with more than 100 million drinkers globally. It is traditionally drunk from a cup containing yerba leaves, with hot water repeatedly poured in from a flask. A preparation method is used to stop all the leaves getting wet at once, helping control the flavour over time.

YerbaGo simplifies this into one portable flask. Using a two-straw internal suction system, it pulls water from the flask into the yerba chamber. Twisting the top straw selects one of three maximum water levels, controlling how many leaves get wet and therefore the flavour extraction.
